CS Cart Review
This is my honest personal experience and review of the CS Cart eCommerce platform. I want to hit some key points of CS Cart to make this review hopefully help out people like me that are/were looking for a system to really skyrocket there sales and customer interaction on there site.
I switched my eCommerce stores from osCommerce to CS Cart and man what a difference it made. I could not believe all the extra features that were already built in to CS Cart with out having to actually install addons and deal with code. CS Cart comes featured with several pre built AJAX themes to use which look pretty nice for an eCommerce shop. Some other features include Search Engine Optimization friendly URLS, custom meta description, meta tags, and title for each page in your CS Cart shop.
The advantages of CS Cart that I personal found useful was the Admin Control Panel. The admin control panels allows you to conveniently change themes, add content, setup SEO, edit/add categories, edit/add products, and much more. If you have data feeds you can simple upload xls/csv files of data feeds to automatically
add products to your store with ease. With CS Cart’s easy AJAX interface throughout the entire system it makes it more convenient for you to manage and add anything you need to make a successful ecommerce store.
The content management system that is built in to CS Cart allows you to edit any of the content on your shop without editing code or anything. You can copy and paste content from other files to put into your product pages or you may choose to write your own content for your category pages, or even your main site.
I am personally recommending CS Cart and writing this review because I believe that the features you get with CS Cart are worth the price of the system. Most custom eCommerce platforms want you to pay some kind of monthly fee, but with CS Cart you will only pay on a per domain/license basis. “Each additional CS-Cart license goes with a $100 discount and costs only $185. The discount is granted to everybody who is buying a second, a third, etc. license no matter when the first license was obtained.”
